During the current Covid 19 restrictions, all Council meetings are being held via "Zoom". If you have anyhting to raise during the public participation period, please contact the clerk for an invitation to the zoom meeting
Meetings start at 7.00pm and there is a short period set aside where the public or community groups can:
- bring matters to the attention of the Council
- seek advice
- comment on local issues of interest.
The Council can only make a decision or support a scheme if the subject is included as a specific Agenda item. The Agenda item must explain the subject fully and state what action you want the Council to take. Details must be submitted to the Clerk in writing at least 1o days before the date of the meeting, to allow time for the Agenda to be printed and the Councillors to read and research the information to be discussed.

*The public meeting scheduled for Wednesday 8th April 2020 has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak following government and medical advice. An agenda for this meeting will be produced and distributed as usual. Councillors will vote by email within 5 days of the scheduled meeting date and the results published as usual. For any queries regarding this extraordinary measure, please contact the clerk of the council.
